CEOs: Reduce your own salary

I've done some studying about non-profits and one of the challenges is bringing in qualified directors as non-profits rarely have the funds to pay salaries on par with for-profit executive salaries. It's also unlikely that donors would look favorably on a non-profit spending millions on an executive salary when the money could be going to create outcomes.

Well, this Reuter's article states that even CEOs think they earn too much! Well, then in the spirit of the season, I challenge overpaid CEOs to cut their own salaries and divide the cut into bonuses for their most underpaid/under appreciated staff members. What a Christmas gift that would be!
